A direct response to community feedback that the gen-rush meta had become mathematically insurmountable. The Pressured perk was nerfed from 6/8/16% to 4/6/10% per stack. Quick Fix's charge restoration window was extended from 15 to 18 seconds for Tier I. The Rage perk's regression value was increased from 25% to 35% to compensate for the Quick Fix nerfs.
